Your tasks
- You are the first contact person for our guests and make sure they are welcomed appropriately
- You always have a smile for our guests and take care of check-in and check-out
- You have an open ear for every guest and are available with advice and support
- You read our international guests' every wish from their lips
- You enjoy processing bookings and reservations
- You control invoices and always have an eye on the numbers
Your profile
- You live service, sovereignty and hospitality
- You have a solid education in the hotel industry / tourism
- You already have professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
- You speak excellent German and English
- You are always positive
- You are an organizational talent and find a solution for every problem
- You may already have some experience with Amadeus and Opera
- You pay special attention to your appearance and manners
