How do I get to the hotel from Vienna Airport?
From Vienna International Airport, you can easily reach the hotel by:
- Taxi or private transfer
- Airport bus to Karlsplatz (VAL 2)
- City-Airport-Train (CAT) or S7 commuter train, transferring to the U4 at the Wien Mitte-Landstraße station
Our team would be happy to arrange a customized transfer for you (price upon request).
Is there parking nearby?
There is a loading zone directly in front of the hotel with a maximum stop time of 5 minutes. A short-term parking zone is in effect on the surrounding streets of the 1st District (Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM). The maximum parking duration is 2 hours, and the fee is €1.70 per 30 minutes. Parking is only permitted with a valid parking ticket or via the Handyparken app.
We partner with the nearby Kärntner Straße underground parking garage | BEST IN PARKING (Kärntner Str. 51, 1010 Vienna; EV charging stations available). Hotel guests enjoy a discounted rate (currently €35 per day; additional fees apply for EV charging stations). No advance reservation is required.

What makes the Presidential Suite special?
The Presidential Suite is our most exclusive room category—spacious, luxuriously appointed, and ideal for special occasions. Since there is only one suite of this kind, we recommend booking well in advance.
The Presidential Suite features a private bar area, a walk-in closet, an open-concept bathroom with a bathtub, and an exceptionally spacious bed measuring 200 × 240 cm.

Is the front desk staffed 24 hours a day?
Yes, our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day and is always here to assist you.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Standard check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and standard check-out is by 12:00 p.m.
Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability. Please contact us so that we can do our best to accommodate your requests. However, we cannot guarantee these until the day of your arrival or departure. Additional fees may apply.
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, you can store your luggage with us free of charge both before check-in and after check-out.
What services does the hotel offer?

*Please note that we do not sell opera tickets directly. However, our team will be happy to assist you with recommendations and information.
Rooms are cleaned daily, no later than 4:00 p.m. Please note: If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is still on the door at 3:00 p.m., the room will not be cleaned that day. Upon request, you may opt out of room cleaning and linen changes. An external laundry service is available for an additional fee. The price list is available in your room.

Booking & Terms and Conditions
What are the cancellation policies?
Flexible Rate:
Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. In the event of a later cancellation, change, or no-show, 100% of the booked room rate will be charged.
Non-refundable rate:
This reservation cannot be canceled or modified free of charge. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, 100% of the total room rate will be charged.
The terms and conditions above apply only to individual travelers. Different rules apply to group bookings.
Why should I book directly through the website?
When you book directly, you’re guaranteed the best available rates. The 15% direct booking discount compared to partner rates is already included in the price shown. In addition, you’ll receive:
- Welcome Drink: 1 free drink per person at the Mon Cher Bar
- Gourmet Discount: 5% off all food and beverages at Mon Cher Restaurant, excluding breakfast
- VIP Admission: Reserved VIP Seats at O Klub Vienna
You’ll also benefit from direct contact with the hotel staff, personalized service, and the opportunity to discuss any special requests with us before your arrival.
What payment methods are accepted?
A credit card is required as a guarantee for reservations. We accept:

We accept all major credit cards and cash in euros on site. The local tax is already included in the price.
Can I extend my stay?
Extending your stay is possible upon request and subject to availability. Please contact the front desk directly to arrange this.
Can I get a business invoice?
We recommend that you provide your preferred billing address to the front desk (welcome@o11-hotel.com) before your arrival. You may change your billing address free of charge up until the day of your departure.
After that, a fee of €25 per invoice will be charged for invoice changes. Invoices from the previous year can no longer be adjusted.
Breakfast & Dining
Is breakfast served?
Yes. You can choose to include breakfast when you book or add it later on-site. The price is €29 per person per day.
Breakfast is served at Mon Cher, our partner restaurant located right on the premises, and includes:
- a lavish buffet
- additional à la carte dishes, such as various egg dishes
Please let the front desk know in advance if you have any special dietary requests, such as gluten-free, lactose-free, or vegan options, so that we can accommodate them as best as possible.

No, pets are not allowed at the O11 Boutique Hotel Vienna.
Is the hotel accessible?
The O11 Boutique Hotel Vienna is largely accessible. Please note, however, that there is a steep ramp leading to the elevator area in the lobby.
