The O11 Boutique Hotel Vienna is located at Opernring 11 in the 1st district—directly across from the Vienna State Opera and on the famous Ringstrasse. Its central location makes the hotel the ideal choice for a stay in the heart of Vienna.

TheKarlsplatz / Operstation is just a few steps away from the hotel and offers direct connections to:

From Vienna Airport, you can easily reach the hotel by:

  • Taxi or private transfer
  • Airport bus to Karlsplatz (VAL 2)
  • City-Airport-Train (CAT) or S7 rapid transit train with a transfer to the U4 at the Wien Mitte-Landstraße station

Our team would be happy to arrange a customized transfer for you (price upon request).

There is a loading zone directly in front of the hotel with a maximum stop time of 5 minutes. A short-term parking zone is in effect on the surrounding streets of the 1st District (Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). The maximum parking duration is 2 hours, and the fee is €1.70 per 30 minutes. Parking is only permitted with a valid parking ticket or via the Handyparken app.

We partner with the nearby Kärntner Straße underground parking garage | BEST IN PARKING (Kärntner Str. 51, 1010 Vienna; electric vehicle charging stations available). Hotel guests enjoy a discounted rate (currently €35 per day; additional fees apply for electric vehicle charging stations). Advance reservations are not required.

The President Suite is our most exclusive room category—spacious, luxuriously appointed, and ideal for special occasions. Since there is only one suite of this kind, we recommend booking well in advance.

The Presidential Suite features a private bar area, a walk-in closet, an open-concept bathroom with a bathtub, and an exceptionally spacious bed measuring 200 × 240 cm.

Yes, our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day and is always here to assist you.

Regular check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and regular check-out is by 12:00 p.m.

Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability. Please contact us so we can do our best to accommodate your requests. However, we cannot guarantee these until the day of your arrival or departure. Additional fees may apply.

Yes, you can store your luggage with us free of charge both before check-in and after check-out.

Our concierge team will be happy to assist you with:

  • Restaurant and Bar Reservations
  • Tickets for events, concerts, attractions, the Vienna Pass, and the City Card*
  • Arranging transfers, such as to the airport or to other cities

*Please note that we do not sell opera tickets directly. However, our team will be happy to assist you with recommendations and information.

Rooms are cleaned daily, no later than 4:00 p.m. Please note: If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is still on the door at 3:00 p.m., the room will not be cleaned that day. Upon request, you may opt out of room cleaning and linen changes. An external laundry service is available for an additional fee. The price list is located in the room.

Reservations & Terms and Conditions

Flexible Rate:
Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. In the event of a later cancellation, change, or failure to arrive (i.e., a no-show), 100% of the booked room rate will be charged.

Non-refundable rate:
This reservation can no longer be canceled or changed free of charge. In the event of a cancellation or no-show, 100% of the booked room rate will be charged.

The terms and conditions above apply only to individual travelers. Different rules apply to group bookings.

When you book directly, you’ll enjoy the guaranteed best available rates. The 15% direct booking discount compared to partner rates is already included in the price shown. Plus, you’ll receiveVIP list spots at O – der Klub Vienna.

You’ll also benefit from direct contact with the hotel staff, personalized service, and the opportunity to discuss any special requests with us before your arrival. 

A credit card is required as a guarantee when making a reservation. We accept:

We accept all major credit cards and cash in euros on site. The local tax is already included in the price.

You may extend your stay upon request and subject to availability. Please contact the front desk directly to arrange this.

It is best to provide your preferred billing address to the front desk (welcome@o11-hotel.com) before your arrival. You can change your billing address free of charge up until the day of your departure.

After that, a fee of €25 per invoice will be charged for invoice changes. Invoices from the previous year can no longer be adjusted.

Breakfast & Cuisine

Yes. You can choose to include breakfast when you make your reservation or add it flexibly once you arrive. The price is €29 per person per day.

Breakfast is served right here at the house and includes:

  • Additional à la carte dishes, such as various egg dishes

Please notify the front desk in advance of any special dietary requests, such as gluten-free, lactose-free, or vegan options, so that we can accommodate them as best as possible.

No, pets are not allowed at the O11 Boutique Hotel Vienna.

The O11 Boutique Hotel Vienna is largely accessible. Please note, however, that there is a steep ramp in the lobby leading to the elevator area.
