Assistant General Manager /Front Office Manager
Your tasks
- You act as a role model and supervise and manage the front office
- You are very meticulous and always have an eye on implementing O11 standards (F&B, HSK, and all public areas)
- You read our international guests' every wish from their lips and also take care of concierge activities
- You edit and confirm group requests
- You ensure the high quality of service for our guests and take care of complaint management
- You maintain not only our PMS, but also our electronic booking systems and manage the cash desk
- You can inspire and motivate colleagues and are responsible for their development and training
- You work closely with service providers and suppliers and control purchasing and inventory
Your profile
- You live service, sovereignty and hospitality
- You have a solid education in the hotel industry / tourism
- You already have professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
- You always have an open ear for your guests
- You speak excellent German and English
- You are always positive
- You are an organizational talent and find a solution for every problem
- You may already have some experience with Amadeus and Opera
- You have an affinity for numbers and are accurate
- You pay special attention to your appearance and manners
