Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact for our guests and reflect the excellent customer service of our hotels
- You guarantee the O11 experience
- You provide guests with information about attractions, facilities, services and activities inside and outside our hotel
- You book flights or get tickets for the trip
- You take care of the pastries, coordinate the laundry service, answer calls, and much more.
- You read our international guests' every wish from their lips
- You will oversee concierge operations, doorman, bellmen and valet services, ensuring our standards are met
Your profile
- You live service, sovereignty and hospitality
- You have at least one year of customer service experience
- You already have professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
- You have a professional demeanor and are customer/service oriented
- You speak excellent German and English
- You are always positive
- You are an organizational talent and find a solution for every problem
- You have a secure handling of Microsoft Office
- You pay special attention to your appearance and manners
